Related to Email Password Reset, and Others

The Information Technology Department will help resolve your issues.

 

 

Kindly read the information below carefully before submitting this complaint form. Please fill out the form below using CAPITAL LETTERS only.

 

  1. If you wish to change/forgot the student email password, the IT Department will send a password reset link to your personal email. Please check your email within 24 hours after making a complaint here.
  2. You are required to log in to any computer at ASWARA for the student WiFi/computer password change in the lab.

    The way to log in to the computer at ASWARA is as follows:

    • Username: aminah.d2345
    • Password(temporary): Aswar@2023_

    The password change must be more than 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, and ensure that your name is not included in the password.

  3. The way to log in to the myASWARA portal is as follows:
    • User ID: Matric No.
    • Password: Identification No.
