  • Providing learning reference materials and friendly advisory services.
  • Providing advisory services that meet customer needs.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous feedback to customers within the following timeframes:
    1. Acknowledgement of receipt within 1 working day.
    2. Initial feedback within 3 working days.
  • Guided tour requests to ASWARA through:
